OUR STORY

With a background in conservation and horticulture, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for clean water and the role it plays in healthy living. I’m a determined young guy with a proactive approach to work, and I’m not afraid to get stuck in, especially when it comes to those tough-to-reach tanks that others might avoid. Fit and agile, I can get where others can’t, no matter how awkward, overgrown, or stuck halfway down a paddock it is.

I started this business with a genuine eagerness to learn, help others, and explore the rural communities of New Zealand. Every job is a chance to meet someone new, solve a challenge, and leave things better than I found them.

Strangest thing I’ve found in a tank? 

Tough choice, it’s either a vape or a pair of shoes. Not sure which is worse, wouldn’t recommend drinking water from either..

Doc's the kind of guy you want on your side when you’re dealing with something murky, in a tank or in life. With years of hands-on experience in the tank cleaning world, he’s seen just about every kind of setup, situation, and surprise critter you can imagine.

Before settling into the good life here, Doc lived and worked with water in various parts of the world, picking up stories, skills, and a strong dislike for cutting corners. These days, he brings that global experience and practical know-how to every job, and he’s never short of a good yarn while the gear’s running.

Favourite part of the job:
“Touching the lives of as many people as I can each week, leaving them with the best water tank cleaning and solid advice they've ever had. Work is not a chore, it's a passion that became my work.”

With a passion for all things fast, it might come as a surprise how meticulous Reuben’s work is. He brings a steady hand, sharp eye, and a calm, no-nonsense attitude to every job.

Outside of work, you’ll find him under the bonnet of his car or out for a drive, but on the job, he’s all about getting things done properly and efficiently. Reuben’s the kind of bloke who doesn’t cut corners, just takes pride in doing things right.

Originally from Germany, Alexander made New Zealand home in the ’80s, after Canada missed their chance. With expert skills in all things maintenance, he’s the brains behind many of the custom tools we use on the job. If there’s a way to make something work better, faster, or cleaner, Alexander’s already halfway through building it.

When he’s not in the workshop engineering our next upgrade, you’ll likely find him out on the bike clocking serious kilometres, the kind that puts Ironman to shame.

Annie plays a key role in our business, bringing clarity, structure, and financial insight that helps drive the continuing success of our business.

Known for her calm, capable presence and sharp thinking, Annie supports the team behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly while championing a business that genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives. She’s passionate about helping our work stay impactful, efficient, and future-focused.

When she’s not untangling spreadsheets or steering strategic conversations, you might find her spending time with her family, gardening, and exploring local cafes.
